What goes on a perfect ticket?
A perfect ticket has all the details of the problem. Here are some common details to ask when writing a ticket:
* Name of person with issue
* Apartment number
* Contact information via phone
* Exact description of the issue
* Exact description of the location of the issue (Kitchen ceiling, livingroom Northern wall,)
* The name and contact information of the contractor's who are broght in to fix the issues.
* Anything that is done to attempt to solve the issue.

1. Name of person who reported the problem (unless it is reported by the person that logs the ticket).

2. Nature of problem (as specific as possible).

3. Location of problem (eg. unit number, room, street address)

4. Contact details of person who reported problem.

If these details are not logged the ticket will be assigned to an administrative person who will call back the customer and try to get the details correctly.
