Creating tickets by email

Users can create a ticket on Gnosio by sending an email to support@gnosio.com, The ticket will be created in a team called Gnosio Customer Requests. A confirmation email will be sent back to the ticket creator, containing a URL that can be used to administer the ticket. An email notification will be sent to the default assignee, if one exists for the Gnosio Customer Requests project.

If the sender of the email has an account on http://www.gnosio.com, the ticket will be created under this user's account. If the sender of the email does not have an account, a new account will be created. The password for the new account will be set to a random string. The password will be sent back to the ticket creator in the confirmation email.
