- We're profitable because customers pay our costs and for our time to support them.
- The HOA management Industry doesn't perceive value of our service yet and they don't see upgrading their software procedures as a priority. Either that, or potential customers may fear a system of accountability to homeowners or property owners -- we believe these fears are unfounded.
- Small profit margins in the HOA property management business -- although they do have enough cash flow to absorb or costs.
