From the ashes of the dot come-and-gone industry glows a new company -- one with the stated goal of remaining profitable from day one. Gnosio, A California Corporation, helps small businesses get organized by hosting open source intranet, extranet, and internet solutions to help with their small business challenges.
As proof of concept, Gnosio focuses on the property management industry. Our product is poised for swift modification to help other industries. Our product is developed by the open source software community and we maintain and customize the OpenACS software to help our niche markets.
As a hosted application provider, revenue is subscription based, and our customers pay every month. Because our product is hosted on the internet, there are no delivery or distribution costs. We understand our product because we use it too, and this aligns us with the challenges of our customers. For instance, all Gnosio accounting, sales pipe line data, address books, calendars, CRMs, forms, contracts, marketing information, business plan, goals, missions, project reports, developments, and HR information is on this web server and accessable from any computer web browser in the world. Our hardware is leased. Our startup costs are low. Gnosio is a new type of internet company -- open, helpful and profitable.
